"I have booked a club room in this hotel for a work trip. The rooms are spacious and maintained well . It is like a suite room . When i checked in I was told breakfast was included with stay. But at the morning we started the break fast , the staff said we need to pay for breakfast of 900+ GST / person . It doesnot worth the price . The spread was very less . And the hot chocolate we ordered there was like bournvita. Overall stay was good . The service was prompt especially the bell staff.He is kind and caring with smile . The reception staffs are helpful but have to give right info for the customers when asked ."

"The reception staff could be more welcoming — a smile and a little assistance with luggage would have made a big difference. During checkout, no one came to help with the bags, and just as we were leaving in our cab, a staff member stopped us to confirm if we had informed the reception. While I understand it may have been a procedure, the way it was done felt uncomfortable. A bit more courtesy would really improve the guest experience."
